Job's Daughters International Job's Daughters is an international group organized for girls between the ages of 10 and 20, in which its members grow and participate in meetings and events in a safe and supportive environment. The girls lead themselves and plan their own activities, learning teamwork and problem-solving in the process. Job's Daughters' mission is to help create confident young women, respect tradition, and shape the future. Their members will increase their confidence to prepare them to lead, while learning some invaluable skills, including Public Speaking, Confidence, Teamwork, Community Service, Money Management, and Leadership. Rainbow for Girls - The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a youth service organization that teaches leadership training through community service. Young women learn about the value of charity and service through their work and involvement with their annual local and state service projects. Through character development, teamwork, and effective interpersonal communications, Rainbow gets girls ready for life by teaching what matters most: leadership, confidence, and citizenship. The brilliant colors of the rainbow reflect the values learned by its members. Rainbow for Girls prepares girls for responsible and purposeful adulthood through character and leaderĀ ship development in a safe, fun, caring environment. Rainbow values support three basic concepts: 1. Have faith in a Supreme being and in others, 2. Have hope in all you do, and 3. Practice charity toward others. DeMolay International is committed to developing and inspiring leaderĀ ship, team building, and networking for young men ages 12-21, DeMolay helps boys become men of outstanding character through dedicated mentorships and unique life-skill programs together with community engagement. The DeMolay journey begins with the chapter, a unique experience built on high values, involvement, and leadership opportunities, including public speaking, fundraising, and event planning. The success of DeMolay stems from focusing on training youth leaders through hands-on experience and motivating them to take on leadership roles.
